  • Vegan Matcha Pancakes

    Vegan Matcha Pancakes

    Ingredients.

    100 g plain flour of choice

    1 tbsp baking powder

    1tbsp coconut sugar

    180 ml milk of choice

    1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

    1tbsp Pure Blends Matcha Powder

    Decorate with Vegan butter and maple syrup

    Directions.Mix milk and vinegar and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes. In a large bowl mix together flour, baking powder, and sugar. Mix all ingredients together and let your pancake batter sit for 5 minutes. Heat up a non stick pan and start cooking on low heat for about 1 minute per side. Decorate to taste.

  • Pink Pataya Bowl Recipe

    Antioxidant Rich Pink Pitaya Bowl

    Add to a blender:

    • 1 tbsp Pure Blends Pink Pitaya Powder

    • 1/2 cup (118g) apple juice with no added sugar

    • 1/2 cup frozen banana slices about 1 small banana

    • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

    • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

    Top your bowl: as desired

    • Nuts• Fresh fruit: such as fresh strawberries, raspberries, kiwi, blueberries, and banana: fruit sliced thinly or chopped

    • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

    • 1-2 tablespoons coconut

    1/2 cup plant milk

    1/3 cup traditional oats

    1 ripe banana

    1 tsp Pure Blends Freeze Dried Bleuerry Powder

    1 tsp Pure Blends freeze dried raspberry powder

    1 tbsp chia seeds

    2 tsp Pure Blends freeze-dried pomegranate powder

    1 tsp Pure Blends acai powder

    100g mixed berries or fruit

    1 tbsp desiccated coconut

    1 tsp goji berries

    Blend milk, oats, banana, blueberry, raspberry, pomegranate and acai powder until smooth. Stand for a few minutes to thicken.Spoon into a serving bowl. Arrange berries, fruit, and coconut on top.

  • Goji Berry Protein Balls Recipe

    Goji Berry Protein Balls

    1 1/2 cups rolled oats

    1 cup natural almond butter

    1/4 cup honey

    2 tbsp Pure Blends freeze dried Goji Berry Powder

    2 scoops protein powder

    1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

    2 tbsp coconut seeds or chopped nuts.

    Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine.It may seem too thick at first, but it will come together the more you keep mixing. Use your hands to knead the dough at the end. Once combined form the dough into balls. Roll in extra coconut seeds or nuts Store in a sealed container in the fridge.

  • Blue Chia Pudding

    Blue Chia Pudding

    Ingrediants

    • 1/2 cup chia seeds

    • 1 cup almond milk

    • 3 tsp Pure Blends Blue Spirulina powder

    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

    • 1 tbsp maple syrup

    • ½ Cup of granola

    Place the granola at the bottom of the jar them mix all ingredients together.

    Allow to set for two hours in the fridge Decorate with berries and nuts as desired.

  • Raspberry or Blackberry Nicecream

    Ingredients

    Frozen Bananas

    Rolled Oats

    Freeze Dried Pure Blends Raspberry Powder or Blackberry Powder Coconut Milk

    Blend all the ingredients together in a blender, pour a third into a jar and add fruit to decorate. Place in freezer for two hours and enjoy!
